All Members, Winter Residents, Family and Friends,

This is the week of the Thanksgiving National Holiday set aside for all to give thanks for the many blessings which have been received.  But for the Christian Thanksgiving must be daily activity, not just on one day of the year.  This week the Concordia Publishing House Blog has an great article relating to this.   I have provided you with the URL/Website address for you to read. . .

https://blog.cph.org/read/what-does-christian-thanksgiving-look-like.  As you gather around you tables with family and friends our family extend our heartfelt Thanks for each of you and the parts you have had and have in our lives now and in the past.  Happy Thanksgiving!

I have attached Elder Bardon’s Bible Discussion guide for this coming Sunday.

I have attached my sermon for the 1st Sunday in Advent.  Please remember we will be having mid-week Advent services starting Wednesday December 4th, at 4:00PM.

On Sunday December 8th we will be welcoming into membership twenty new individuals including 4 children, three of which will be baptized during the service.  Truly a day of rejoicing!

Have a great week and a truly Blessed Thanksgiving!
